Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer a full refund on orders returned within 30 days and store credit for returns up to 60 days.
Exchanges are available within 60 days of purchase.
SALE items and BUYBACK items are final sale.
Please note, our fitting locations cannot process returns or exchanges. All returns must be handled through our Return Portal on our website, where you can also request an exchange and generate a return label.
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the in stock purchase is made.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition with the tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
For returns made between 31-60 days, customers will receive store credit instead of a refund.
To initiate a return, please use our self-serve return portal.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping to urban centers for products that are in stock is 2-4 business days.
Domestic shipping to rural areas, maritime provinces and territories that are in stock is 5-7 business days.
USA shipping for products in that are in stock is 7-10 business days.
Shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders except for pieces purchased off our BUYBACK collection.
BUYBACK pieces have an $8.00 flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout.
Orders to the USA have a flat rate fee of $15.00
We have the capabilities to ship worldwide but ask that you e-mail support@emmydeveaux.com prior to ordering.
Within Canada and the USA we are able to access all registered addresses.
Our shipping partners provide secure and reliable delivery, but occasional delays and other issues may occur. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@emmydeveaux.com.
Shipping insurance is available at checkout for $5.95. In the event your order is lost or damaged while in-transit we will offer a hassle free replacement!
This policy does not cover pilfered items. If your order is showing delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact us at support@emmydeveaux.com for assistance.
SALE Items
SALE Pieces are products that have either been discontinued or are undergoing minor design updates. These items are available at 40% off, and EMMYEXECUTIVE members can enjoy an additional 25% off these already discounted pieces. Please note that SALE items are final sale. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out to support@emmydeveaux.com prior to placing your order.

OUR BUYBACK PROGRAM
In April 2020, we launched a program to buyback our own second hand products from our customers. We wash, inspect and resell those items on the 10th of each month from 10am to 10pm MST at 50-60% off retail prices.
Select the items you want to send. Ensure they meet our quality guidelines.
Fill out the label online (Click here for a BUYBACK label), print it, and make sure your name is included on the label or inside the shipment.
Our team will deduct a $10 shipping fee from your credit. $10 shipping fee is currently waived until end of February for BUYBACK BLITZ!

EMMYEXECUTIVE this is a service included in your membership. E-mail us and you will receive a label from our shipping team!
We accept worn items but sometimes our pieces haven't been laundered according to our guidelines. If the item has a chalky texture we don't recommend sending it back to us.
We do not accept white pieces, pleather pieces, or hats into BUYBACK.
If an item cannot be resold you will receive a recycling rebate of $5.00 for each piece.

Once your package is received you will get an e-mail with the credit.

We process buyback submissions once per week and you will be notified by e-mail with your credit.
Please note we are charged for shipping based on the size and weight of each shipment. The smaller the better! Oversized or bulky shipments are subject to a shipping fee that will be deducted from your credit. Please use the smallest bag or box possible!

These purchases are final sale. We put out a list of items in advance, this gives you time to check our sizing on other products before buying!
If an item is purchased off BUYBACK they can be submitted back into the program! 30% back for basics and 50% back for jackets.

Please read our laundering information closely on each product to ensure they last a long time.
Anything that can be deemed a manufacturing defect can be dealt with by our support team.

Gift cards are eligible towards any product in stock at www.emmydeveaux.com.
Due to Shopify restrictions, gift cards cannot be redeemed towards pre-orders.
