BUYBACK FAQ

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE BUYBACK PROGRAM

The EMMYDEVEAUX BUYBACK Program encourages you to submit your unwanted gently worn EMMYDEVEAUX pieces back to us. We wash, inspect, and either re-sell or recycle the items, ensuring that our products have a long and sustainable lifecycle.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A PIECE?

SUBMIT AN ITEM IN STORE:

BUYBACK items can be dropped off in store at both our Edmonton and Kelowna locations.

SUBMIT AN ITEM BY SHIPPING:

  1. Print out the packing slip and fill in the requested information
  2. Ship your items to
    EMMYDEVEAUX

  3. Pack up the items in the SMALLEST package possible. Make sure you include the packing slip.
  4. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post.

WHAT DO I GET FOR SUBMITTING?

  • For jackets that can be found on your account, you will get 50% back of the price you paid (minus tax and other discounts).
  • For basics that can be re-sold you will receive 30% back of the price you paid (minus tax and other discounts)
  • If the item cannot be re-sold you will receive a recycling rebate to use on our website.
  • We do not accept items that are not on your account.

Once your items have been inspected and processed, a BUYBACK Credit gift card will be emailed to you. Processing times for BUYBACK items shipped to us may vary. If you are dropping off in store your credit will be issued on the spot.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE?

  • Items purchased by customers in the United States are not eligible for the BUYBACK Program. This includes items purchased through the BUYBACK program.
  • Some items that are made of our pleather fabric are not eligible for the BUYBACK Program, due to the nature of the wear of the fabric. This includes the Pleather Leggings and Pleather Joggers.
  • We do not accept any white items or bodysuits.
  • We do not accept any items that are missing strings or hardware.
  • Shoes are not eligible for the BUYBACK Program.
  • Hats and toques are not eligible for the BUYBACK Program.

WHAT CAN I USE MY BUYBACK CREDIT ON?

Your BUYBACK Credit gift card can be used on any regular price product on emmydeveaux.com.

BUYBACK Credits cannot be used on FUNDIT item and cannot be used on edbuyback.com.

CAN I SHOP BUYBACK ITEMS?

Visit edbuyback.com on the 10th of each month from 10am-10pm MST, to shop our gently used items.
